• Request return within 7 days of delivery for: – Damaged/defective product – Wrong product Delivered – Product not working as promised (within warranty).

2. Conditions for Return

• Product must be unused and in original packaging – Original invoice/bill must be shown – Installed Or tampered items may not be eligible.

3. Refund Policy

• Eligible refunds processed within 7–10 business days – Refund credited via original payment
  Mode – Cash purchases refunded via UPI or bank transfer

4. Service Refunds

• No refunds for completed services unless not delivered as promised.
